Resolution Or Resolute

Resolution Or Resolute

New Year’s Resolution or New Year’s Resolute

Three people standing resolute. If you’ve ever wanted to stop your relationship with cigarettes this is a great time of the year to do it. It is not just a new year’s resolution, it’s resolute. Some folks may want to hold off until after the new years festivities. When things settle down to the real world, your normal day. Especially if alcohol is involved. Alcohol weakens your determination. You may forget or not be mindful of your resolute. If you decide to discontinue your cigarettes before or during the holiday season Just remember to not weaken your stance with alcohol, coffee or any other stimulants (unless prescribed by your physician).

If you attempt to stop smoking “cold turkey” that’s fine. However keep in mind that when you put your foot down to smoking It is usually at at time when your will power is strong or relatively strong. The thing to remember is will power is of the conscious mind and is not resolute, one day it’s strong then at another time it’s weak. We usually stop smoking, go on a diet, start an exercise program, etc when we are feeling strong and motivated. This is good. However a week later, two weeks and so on because of our daily life and habits will power gets worn down. We loose our focus and determination and our moxie. Then we are weak and fall into old habits, because the old habits will wait in standby for quite a while. We do this because it is easier and familiar.

And at first your new resolute is always on top of your thoughts. Then as time goes on and other life matters enter into your daily thoughts. Your  new resolute gets diluted with other aspects of your life. If you don’t renewed your resolute daily or sooner your resolute will fade until after about 1 or 2 weeks a stressful situation arises and since your new resolute has faded and your old habit is stronger than your new resolute you turn, reluctantly, back to cigarettes. Usually you tell yourself “Just one won’t hurt, besides I’ve got control of this thing now”. Wrong. Soon you are back in smoking. And because you are back to smoking, you criticize your self. You might even be down on yourself with thoughts like “Well that didn’t work. I failed at quitting smoking. Might as well not even try it again. “. In stead you should think to your self “I did it I quit for two weeks. I was successful for two weeks. I can make another stab at it and be more successful this time”.

If you are a smoker and wish to become a non-smoker in 2018 then which ever method you choose I hope you are successful.

All the success you’ve ever dreamed of in just 6 minutes a day. Paradigm.

All the success you’ve ever dreamed of in just 6 minutes a day. Paradigm.

All the success you’ve ever dreamed of in just 6 minutes a day. How? Just Change your paradigm.

Bob Proctor has been lecturing about how to change your paradigm for a long time. He knows what he is talking about. So many people can’t be wrong.

In case your not familiar with the term paradigm as used in this instance. It is that part of our mind that tells us what is right or wrong as it knows it. Like I might say “You are a genius”. Your paradigm, because of what it knows or it thinks it knows, might come back with “Know I’m not. I know better then that.” You might really be a genius but because of your environment, upbringing, what teachers have told you and so on you now don’t know it or won’t believe you are a genius. Your paradigm is that part of your mind that tells you, you can’t do something because for some reason it has learned you might fail if you try something that it thinks you can’t do. It is actually trying to protect you but it’s information or belief is wrong.

It’s interesting how some “successful people” have tried and failed, tried and failed, tried and failed and then finally succeeded. I would love to know what their paradigm tells them. In stead of “Don’t try that you are going to fail.” Their paradigm might say something like ” Keep trying you can do this”.

Good news! your paradigm can be changed. Bob Proctor knows how. Now you can have all the success you’ve ever dreamed of in just 6 minutes a day. Wow! Just learn to change your Paradigm. Don’t take my word for it. You owe it to yourself to at least check it out here.

Moving to 3 sessions

Moving to 3 sessions

Moving to three sessions:

I am announcing a change in how I do the smoking cessation sessions. Why the change? Well there are many.

The first reason is that not all clients the same. Yes, after the first session the client leaves a non-smoker. However some are not as strong or determined as others. I now think it is a good Idea to have two more session. Maybe more on request. I discount the 2nd and 3rd sessions.

By having a 2nd and 3rd session I can focus on weak areas where their resistance may be low. After all, it is mostly will power, driven by the subconscious, that drives the new non-smoker to success.

It takes about 3 or 4 weeks, depending on the new non-smoker’s determination, for the new habit of being a non-smoker to be made.

Any questions? Go to “Contact” and let me know what you think. Any suggestions?

Are you having a bad relationship With cigarettes

Are you having a bad relationship With cigarettes

When we first started with cigarettes there was no problem. we could smoke a pack a day and still run like the wind or close to it. We had plenty of lung to absorb the oxyOxygen to blood imagegen.  But, as years go by and 7280 cigarettes per year (assuming 1 pack per day). After just 5 years and 36400 cigarettes, our lung’s microscopic oxygen receptors has gotten clogged with tar and an aggregate of other chemicals.

We can’t run like the wind anymore without getting “winded”. Our lungs can’t absorb enough oxygen. As years go by a smoker has less and less oxygenated blood. Which leads to outer extremities such as hands and feet problems.

We start noticing we are having a bad relationship with cigarettes. We have outgrown our need for cigarettes. It’s time to move on. The tobacco industry was wrong, it’s not cool, smart, a friend, a relaxer. Yes it’s always there for you. waiting to do you in. How much have you paid into the multi-million dollar tobacco industry?

Become a True Non-Smoker

Become a True Non-Smoker

Become a true non-smoker

(Not just a smoker who is courageously resisting cigarettes)

Everyone knows someone who has quit smoking but still says they’d like one with a drink, or after a meal.

And what a terrible place that is to be. Having to deny yourself something you want all the time.

That’s why I use an approach that helps you become a true non-smoker, not just someone who is resisting smoking.

The ‘stopped smoker’ courageously resists having a cigarette, while the non-smoker couldn’t think of anything worse than smoking.

That’s if they give it a thought at all.

My approach to smoking cessation hypnotherapy changes the unconscious mind of a smoker to an effortless non-smoker.
The techniques I use address every single psychological trick that smoking addiction plays on you and frees you from its grip.
Smoking cessation hypnosis with me will gently move your mind from its current addicted state to complete freedom from cigarettes.

No longer will you be controlled by the need to smoke: No more planning your day so you can smoke, no more running outside at work or at parties, no more worrying whether you have enough cigarettes left. No more stressing about what smoking is doing to your health.

Call me now and I’ll send you an eBook called ‘Get Ready to Quit’ which will help you prepare in a way that will make quitting smoker much easier than you could ever have imagined.
