Moving to three sessions:
I am announcing a change in how I do the smoking cessation sessions. Why the change? Well there are many.
The first reason is that not all clients the same. Yes, after the first session the client leaves a non-smoker. However some are not as strong or determined as others. I now think it is a good Idea to have two more session. Maybe more on request. I discount the 2nd and 3rd sessions.
By having a 2nd and 3rd session I can focus on weak areas where their resistance may be low. After all, it is mostly will power, driven by the subconscious, that drives the new non-smoker to success.
It takes about 3 or 4 weeks, depending on the new non-smoker’s determination, for the new habit of being a non-smoker to be made.
